What to make with leftover rolls (well, panini of course)
When you make those yummy breakfast rolls, or Brötchen as they are called in German, it might actually happen that there are some left over. I have had that happen plenty of times. Usually I would freeze and use them on a lazy weekend. But they can also serve as a wonderful lunch or supper. You just turn them into panini, which is italian for sandwiches. A special kind of course. So here we go.
