Leftovers are great for casseroles. Quick and easy to prepare and then just 20min in the oven. Perfect. A casserole from leftovers.
For this casserole I used leftover rice and feta cheese and added some veggies and shredded cheese on top. If needed season each layer.
Casserole from Leftovers
Ingredients
- leftover rice
- leftover feta cheese
- leftover veggies or frozen veggies
- 1 pck shredded cheese
Instructions
- Layer all the ingredients in a casserole dish. Start with the rice and finish with the shredded cheese. Season each layer if needed. Bake at 350°F for 20min.
