1big onion
1-2clovesgarlic
1tspred curry pasteyou can use more or less depending on how spicy you like it
1cantomatoes14 ounces
4big carrotscut into chunks
1cupcherry tomatoesoptional
saltaccording to taste
1pckTikka Masala pasteabout 3 tbsp
coconut oil
1 1/2cupsrice or bulgurpasta works as well
Instructions
Mince the onion and garlic and brown them in some coconut oil. Add red curry and Tikka Masala paste and and stir well. Add lamb, carrots and tomatoes (can + fresh) and maybe a little water. Cook in pressure cooker for 20min.
While the goulash is cooking make the rice or nudels and keep warm. Once the cooking time is done and you have opened the pressure cooker, check if you need more liquid (= sauce) and add water. If you like the sauce a little thicker add a little cornflour. Enjoy!
