Best Brownie Cake

Equipment

  • baking tin 9x9

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 handful chocolate chunks optional
  • 1 handful nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Heat the butter and add the tbs of oil (I prefer coconut oil). Add sugar and vanilla and stir well.
  • Beat the eggs and add the butter, oil, sugar mix. Blend until the color becomes lighter.
  • Sift in the cocoa powder and flour, add the chocolate chunks and nuts (optional) and only then mix everything together. It is best not to use the blender. Stir by hand until everything is just mixed.
  • When the batter is ready pour it into a square baking tin, 9x9. Sprinkle chocolate on top (optional)
  • Bake at 350°F for max. 20min
  • Decorate with powdered sugar (optional)
