Sauce
1cupchicken broth or veggie broth
1/3cupsoy sauce
2tbspfish sauceit is worth using it
3tbspbrown sugar
3tblsprice or white vinegar
Instructions
In a bowl mix together the broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar and the vinegar and set aside.
Get the rice ready. While the rice is cooking heat the coconut oil and brown the onions and garlic lightly. Add chili pepper and chicken and also brown lightly. If you add extra veggies it is best to do that before the chicken. Then add the sauce and let it cook down a little. That will make the sauce thicken slightly. As the final step add the basil and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Serve with the rice right away.
